JUST IN: Taylor Swift Bows her head down in shock as Travis Kelce Surprisingly Brings Out an Engagement Ring From His Shirt Pocket during dinner date
It’s no secret Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been enjoying a romantic holiday in Lake Como. The celeb couple has been photographed during their stay while enjoying candlelit dinners and long walks through the buzzy Italian destination.
And while we’re already well-versed on the menu at their $21k-per-night private villa, Tayvis left the luxe hotel for dinner at the hotspot Locanda La Tirlindana. According to Page Six, the Kansas City Chiefs star and singer enjoyed a romantic meal before using the property’s private lake access to depart via boat.
The outlet reports that the pair enjoyed homemade pasta, which is crafted daily by chef Patricia, as well as octopus with sliced cherry tomatoes and wine pairings.

However, it was the boat ride—where the pair was captured taking photos and packing on the PDA—that had fans talking most. The very same day that Entertainment Tonight reported a “proposal might be on the horizon,” eagle-eyed TikTokers speculated that “the big question was popped.” Other users simply commented engagement ring emojis on a video of the of athlete and singer on the boat.
Taylor and Travis are doing amazing, and their loved ones see an engagement coming sooner than later. They make a great match and there’s no question about that,” an insider told ET. “They make a great match and there’s no question about that.”
And while the rumors of an engagement are still just that (a rumor), Travis has dropped some not-so-subtle hints about his current mood after the pair’s recent Italian vacation.
“Life could be no better than right the f*ck now,” he told the crowd during the 2024 Kelce Jam music festival Saturday night. While speaking with reporters, he also revealed his favorite Swift “era,” confidently declaring, “I’m a big ‘1989’ fan.”
However, he was quick to admit his own “bias” for TTPD. “But I’m not going to lie, I may be a little biased towards ‘The Tortured Poets Department,'” he added, per CNN. “Just a little bit.”
