Taylor Swift Fans Gush Over Supportive Fathers and Boyfriends at Eras Tour: ‘Dad Stance Is Immaculate’
Swifties couldn’t get enough of the ‘dad pose’ on display at a recent Stockholm concert.
A new video shows Taylor Swift fans celebrating the fathers, boyfriends and husbands who have supported their kids and significant others by attending some of the pop star’s Eras Tour concerts.
The video, which was filmed during Swift’s first Eras Tour show in Sweden’s capital on Friday, May 17, panned over Stockholm’s packed Friends Arena before zooming in on small clusters of concert attendees standing just outside of the crush of people crowding around the stage. One particular cluster appeared to show several men striking what Swifties referred to as the “dad stance,” their feet slightly apart and their hands either crossed in front of them or shoved in their pockets, as they watched the excited crowd.
The people in that cluster were some of the “supporting dads/boyfriends/husbands at the eras tour in Stockholm 🇸🇪,” according to a text overlay included with the video, which was shared on social media by TikToker Sofia.
“Love this❤️,” Sofia wrote to caption her post. Hundreds of Swifties flocked to the video’s comment section to agree, with many specifically remarking on what they called the “dad stance,” “dad pose” or “dad formation.”
