On top of that, the video—which quickly amassed millions of views—featured an AI generated image of Smith supposedly on the stand, with Diddy looking on. However, the channel itself had a disclaimer about the contents, saying, “This content is fictional and intended for entertainment purposes only. No verified court evidence or official statements confirm these claims.”

Presumably, a lot of people didn’t read until the end and just took the AI image and the allegations at the beginning at face value, particularly after the reports about Willow Smith from last year. Smith and Diddy have also been friends for years, though Smith has kept his distance ever since the allegations against the rapper first surfaced. And as it stands, Diddy’s trial has already featured a lot of evidence against him, even without a possible Will Smith testimony.
