BREAKING: Two England players have been named who were involved in a heated argument during a training session. Nothing is going right for England! π³
Kyle Walker and Kieran Trippier reportedly shared a heated exchange during a training session following England’s dire 1-1 draw with Denmark
The pair confronted each other in the middle of training, with Trippier appearing to take exception to something Walker had said, as per The Sun.
Trippier is believed to have stood just meters away from Walker, gesticulating that there was a problem which needed to be sorted.
It was left to Walker’s Manchester City team-mate, Phil Foden, to act as peacemaker, with the situation quickly diffused.
The incident came just days after England slumped to a disappointing draw against fellow Group C opponents Denmark – a result that left the nation flat and expectations in the gutter.
It appears to be a sentiment that has carried over into the England squad too, as skipper Harry Kane is said to have called a ‘players’ summit’ following the stalemate.

The meeting – which coaches weren’t present for – was designed to give the disgruntled members of the England squad a chance to thrash out any differences they might have.
It’s also claimed there was a motivational speech from captain Kane, with the Bayern Munich star eager to remind his fellow team-mates just how good they really are.
