Taylor Swift expressed her love and admiration for boyfriend Travis Kelce following the Kansas City Chiefs’ thrilling 32-29 victory over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship Game.
Swift, who had been cheering on Kelce from her usual spot in an Arrowhead Stadium suite on Sunday, found herself amid the post-game festivities on the field shortly after Kansas City punched its ticket to New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX. In the midst of the celebration, Kelce found the songstress and told her “I love you so much” before sharing a tender kiss.
Swift promptly returned the favor, replying: “I love you” and “I’m so proud of you.” The couple – who started dating in the summer of 2023 – then began making their way to the tunnel while packing on the PDA, pausing to exchange high-fives and hugs with well-wishers along the way.
Moments prior, Swift was all smiles as Kelce serenaded Chiefs fans with ‘Get Down Tonight’ by KC and The Sunshine Band. The star tight end, basking in the glory of a third straight Super Bowl appearance, was prompted by CBS Sports’ Jim Nantz to describe his emotions.
“A year ago before the game in Las Vegas, Tony and I, Tracy, we had a chance to talk to the two of you together. And you were already talking about three-peat in that meeting,” Nantz recalled while speaking to the Chiefs’ star tight end and quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
“That was before the Super Bowl game a year ago. And now you’re one game away from something that’s never happened in the history of the game. Tell me about how that feels right now.”
Kelce didn’t hesitate to express his enthusiasm, exclaiming: “Never satisfied baby, when you play in front of Arrowhead Stadium like this every single AFC Championship, you kidding me?” His energy was infectious as he let out a resounding “Kansas City!” which had Swift laughing and clapping alongside Donna Kelce and Brittany Mahomes.
As he prepared to leave the spotlight, Kelce – who had two receptions for 19 yards in the game – belted out the words to ‘Get Down Tonight.’ Kansas City faithful soon joined in unison to sing the classic tune, and even Swift chimed in with an excited “Woo.”
The party didn’t stop once Kelce and Swift left Arrowhead Stadium, as the pair hosted an exclusive private party at Prime Social with their friends and family. According to an inside source, they appeared to be madly in love while carving it up on the dance floor at the venue.
“Taylor and Travis were dancing together and clearly very much in love,” the insider told Page Six’s Nicki Cox and Sarah Jones. “They were kissing and looked so happy together. Everybody seemed like they had a great time.”
